Phil Morrell
Phil Morrell, Founder Chairman
Phil has overall responsibility for vision, global strategy, operations and new business initiatives for the Company. He has an exceptional background and proven ability to create conditions for success. He is responsible for all strategic relationships and business development with the US Government. He is a 25-year entrepreneur who understands the process of success. His foresight, creativity and determination, coupled with particular expertise in complex logistics management, building and facilities projects, are the reason for the strong performance and success of his companies. He was responsible for securing and recently fulfilling eight contracts to construct and operate dining facilities at Baghdad International Airport and in Northern Iraq providing approximately 100,000 meals per day to United States Military troops. The Event Source also supplied all of the life support areas and catering requirements for thousands of military, private security, and transportation personnel for 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City during the Olympics. He managed the day to day operations at the various sites during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and was responsible for meeting timelines, and US Military expectations. Prior to founding The Event Source he successfully owned and managed a myriad of other businesses including real estate, home re-construction, concrete, landscaping, and agriculture brokerage. He has been involved in real estate acquisition and development for over 20 years. Mr. Morrell has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah.



Paul A. Morrell, Founder, President.
Mr. Morrell is a co-founder of Al-Morrell Development and its sister Company The Event Source (TES) as well as all previous operations in the Iraqi arena. He is also responsible for providing strategic direction to The Event Source and AMD. During the 2002 winter Olympics in Salt Lake City he was responsible for and managed all purchasing, logistics, and administrative activities for TES. His abilities in finance and corporate management provide the perfect complement to Phil’s entrepreneurial abilities. He’s especially effective at creating and implementing processes for control of quality and finance. He’s also adept at building and managing strong management teams for effectively and timely meeting complex objectives. He lived in a motel in Mosul for the first few months of the effort in Northern Iraq and travel extensively throughout Iraq incognito overseeing the construction and operation of the facilities. For the 15 years prior to co-founding The Event Source he had worked as a Management Consultant to the retail sector. A partial list of clients includes: K-Mart, The Disney Stores, Marshall’s, Marriott, Panda Management, The Bon Ton, and Ahold International. Mr. Morrell holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Marriot School at Brigham Young University, with Majors in Finance and Operations and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Utah State University, with Majors in Chemistry and Computer Science.

Paul Jeffries
Paul Jeffries, Chief Executive Officer
Paul oversees all day to day operations of AMD and was instrumental in raising AMD’s initial funding of 57 Million USD for its current projects. Mr. Jeffries has overseen the company’s recent growth from 7 Million to 100 Million USD annually, having joined the company as CFO in 2005. With 20 year experience as a Senior Operations and Finance Executive. He started his professional career as a C.P.A. with the SLC office of Ernst & Young, and previously served as CEO and Board Member of Logicbay Corp., SVP Navitaire Corp, an Accenture Co., and positions with Local SLC Companies including Franklin Covey Co., Novell Inc., and TenFold Inc. Mr. Jeffries holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Utah State University, and an AAS/ Finance degree from Brigham Young University, Idaho.

Neil Vos, Chief Financial Officer
Neil brings with him 20 plus years experience as a finance executive. He started his professional career as a C.P.A for a big 4 CPA firm. His experience includes being a CFO of a publicly owned health care services and pharmaceutical manufacturing company. He has also served as CFO for PST Vans, Inc. a publicly owned trucking company and TON Services, Inc. an IT and Telecommunications Company. He has also served as a controller for Basic Research and an accounting manager for FDIC/RTC. He also has experience in dealing with Government contracts and running his own accounting firm. His experience gives him a great perspective in dealing with financial affairs as they relate to Oasis International Waters. His leadership and operations talents have brought great strength to the company. Mr. Vos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, and was formerly a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
